Pricing and Discounts
While we occasionally offer discounts on our site, please note that we cannot provide refunds or price adjustments for orders placed outside of the promotional time frames.

Delivery and Missing Packages
If your package status shows "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within 24 hours and no later than 7 days. We recommend checking with your local post office or UPS, as packages can sometimes be marked delivered prematurely and arrive shortly after. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact us right away. We will assist you by providing tracking information, shipping date, and the last known location of your package.

Customer Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for it. Pretty Icy is not liable for any costs associated with the following circumstances:

  • Packages held or returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable shipments.
  • Shipments lost during transit.
  • Shipments reported as stolen.

Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the defective item along with its original packaging. We will send a replacement of the exact item or offer store credit at our discretion upon receipt of the defective item.
